Standing Committee Intellectual Property Rights
As ever closer links develop between public and private sector research, appropriate regulation of IPRs become more and more pressing. The ALLEA SC-IPR prepares and issues reflections, declarations and recommendations on the most challenging topics for the coming years, and is developing a horizon-scanning mechanism to identify emerging issues.
